Verpalin®
In the 90's we introduced the German VERPALIN film to the Polish market. After a few years, our partners - Verpa Folie GmbH launched its production near Wrocław and we are still gaining the market together today.
Verpalin® FEATURES AND BENEFITS
VERPALIN® is an extremely resistant to stretching and tearing polyethylene film, which:
- Allows reducing the thickness of material used up to 50%;
- Retains its extraordinary and stable material strength;
- Reduces removal costs;
- Has a minimum lengthwise and maximum transverse shrinkage;
- Saves energy and time of the packaging process as well as the storage area;
- Is 100% recyclable;
- In the combustion process, it decays into CO2 and hydrogen;
- Has a high energy value: 1 kg of PE = 1 kg of heating oil;
- Is neutral for the natural environment;
- Is characterised by low specific gravity;
- BRC approved.
Verpalin® - OFFER
We deliver the Verpalin® film in the form of a flat film, a half-sleeve and a sleeve (up to 4,000mm wide): the film can be printed using flexography up to 10 colours - max. printing width 1650mm

POLYOLEFIN VP
Polyolefin VP is a cross-linked polyolefin-based multi-layer heat-shrinkable film, which is distinguished by:
- Increased resistance to punching, stretching and tearing;
- High transparency, perfect shrinkage and strong weld;
- Perfect for fast FLOW-PACK lines with up to 100 cycles/minute, semiautomatic machines and angle welders;
- Available in the form of tape and half-sleeve in thicknesses from 0.010 – 0.025 mm and width from 200 – 2.000 mm;
- Possibility of printing on the film and perforation;
- Approved for direct contact with food.
PP FILM
CAST polypropylene film is an non-oriented film with high gloss, transparency and increased barrier to water vapour penetration:
- It is used for the production of bags for foodstuffs, e.g. breads, vegetable packaging or, for example, for underwear products.
- BOPP polypropylene film is double-sided oriented foil, which improves its rigidity, flatness, tensile strength and resistance to water, fats and salts.
- It is used for packaging e.g. boxes with cosmetics, teas and pasta.
PVC SHRINK FILM
Shrink film designed mainly for wrappers and tunnels:
- Low shrinking temperature, high transparency and crystallinity;
- Available in the form of tape and half-sleeve;
- Used for the packaging of food and industrial products.
